Up-time Guarantee

All of our colocations are backed by a 99.9% Service Level Agreement. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on total duration of downtime.

GSD has a proven track record of 99.9% up-time since it's inception in 2001. Over the past years, we have provided a level of service unparalleled in the colocation industry.

Privacy Policy

GSD Colocation is the sole owner of information collected from our web site and customers. We will not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to any outside companies, individuals, or entities. GSD Colocation collects information from various sources on our web site, and from our customers.

Customer Signup
During account creation, GSD Colocation collects personally identifiable information from our customers. This information is used to maintain contact with our customers, and billing purposes. At various times, GSD Colocation may request our Customers to provide a response to surveys which will include various questions including demographic information and questions regarding our service. This information is used to enhance or services and to analyze trends such as the average age of our customers, concentrated location points, and many other trends valuable to understanding our customer's needs.

Log Files
GSD Colocation makes use of information passed to our servers while you are browsing our web site. This information includes your IP Address, Remote Host, and the path you take through our web site. Our marketing staff uses this information to analyze trends of visitors to our web site. This method does not include any personally identifiable information.

Terms of Service

Definitions
"Customer" refers to the persons, entity, agents, or authorized personnel accepting this agreement.

"GSD" refers to PT. Dwi Tunggal Putra - Graha Sarana Data Division with its headquarter in Cyber Building Basement Floor, Jl. Kuningan Barat no. 8, Jakarta 12710.

Terms and Conditions
This document contains the terms and conditions outlined by GSD. By purchasing from GSD, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. GSD reserves the right to modify this document, at any time, without prior notice, in GSD sole discretion.

These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s) unless agreed to, in writing, by Customer and GSD.

Minimum Contract
GSD requires a minimum twelve months commitment on all server colocation and bandwidth service(s) purchased by Customer. This document is binding for twelve months from the date these terms become effective and will automatically renew after twelve months unless otherwise arranged by GSD and Customer.

Confidentiality
GSD, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use to the personal benefit of GSD, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to Customer. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this Contract.

Entire Agreement
This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Contract. This Contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

Governing Law
This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received for service(s) ordered by Customer prior to acceptance of terms of service.

Payment must be received within 7 days of date marked on invoice. Payment can be submitted to GSD via cash deposit, Internet banking or another prearranged payment method. GSD reserves the right to take any necessary action such as suspending service to customer if payment has not been made or arranged by customer for more than 30 days from the date marked on invoice.

Prepay discounts do not apply unless otherwise agreed between Customer and GSD.

Non-Payment
GSD reserves the right to withhold all equipment if Customer is in breach of the Payment clause, outlined above, until payment has been received. If contract terminates during breach of Payment clause, Customer is liable to Rp.50.000,- per day storage fee, for each day payment is overdue. GSD does not responsible for any equipment stored in GSD for more than 30 days from the termination date.

Shipment of Equipment
Customer is responsible for all charges applicable to the shipping, handling, and insurance of parcels. GSD is in no way responsible for damage or loss of equipment by carrier or any charges applicable to the proceeding.

Refund Policy
All refunds must be requested within the first 30 days of service. Refunds do not apply to installation or maintenance fees.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GSD be liable for any loss of use, revenues, hardware failure, anticipatory profit, indirect or consequential damages, or customer error connected to the operations or inability to use hardware. GSD makes no representations or warranties; whether implied or expressed, with the only exceptions applying to 99.9% Up-Time Guarantee.

GSD 99.9% up-time guarantee applies only the power and bandwidth. GSD will not consider outages relating to Customer error, improper shutdowns, reboot time, Denial of Service (DDOS), or any other circumstance outside of the direct control of the GSD staff.

Assignment
Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
